Irma Sharikadze’s exhibition ‘The Roots’ was presented by the International Project ART Georgia in Zurab Tsereteli Museum of Modern Art. The Project is based on the idea of turning back to the roots, showing the visual connection between today and eternal. ‘Everything new is well forgotten old’.
The symbol of the project is the tree as a symbol of native land, mother, life, and eternity.
The project is supported by Khatuna Melikishvili’s Gamrekeli Gallery & Silk Factory Studio.
